"Bulk Pricing" model to provide more value for booking more nights per month. Proposed fee structure:

  • $400 for 1 Saturday per month

  • $650 for 2 Saturdays per month

  • $850 for 3 Saturdays per month

  • $1000 for all 4 Saturdays per month
